Brian “Country Boy” Meyer

Brian comes to us from Coshocton, New York, Buffalo Bills Mafia country. Brian grew up on a farm, hence the name “Country Boy”.  His love for sports keeps him glued to ESPN for all up to date news sports related.  Brian’s first love is his son Tyler, and he spends as much time as he can with him.

Brian considers everyday as a learning experience, with new challenges and opportunities along the way. He moved to Key West in 2021 and began to work lightly in the kitchen.  He quickly excelled in the kitchen and adapted to the culinary world very well.  He was recognized by his peers as the Rookie of the year for 2022 and is currently the Sous Chef for Catered Affairs working alongside our Head Chef, Walther Salguera.

He currently cooks for our tastings, with a one on one interaction with each and every guest. He describes the food selected and answers any questions our guest might have. Brian is a work hard- play hard type of guy. He thrives on making things happen, so having Brian at your event means having someone who cares.
