Jason “Jay” Parks

Behind every great company there’s always someone behind the scenes, the set up guys.  These are the folks who act but are never seen, they set things up every time to assist the catering crew for a seamless event. Jay comes to us from Hornell, New York. Since 2010 Jay has lived in Key West while enjoying boating, hunting, fishing and the occasional poker game with his buddies.

His attitude has always been to be successful at everything he does, and when I say everything I mean everything. Besides running the set up department Jay is also a certified boat and electronics mechanic, servicing named products such as: Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda, Mercury and many more. If that wasn’t enough, Jay is also a skilled mason.

He can’t imagine living anywhere else on the planet, especially when he so close to one of his favorite countries to visit, the Bahamas. While our guest would never necessarily see Jay, they could be rest assured that this happy-go-lucky guy is making things happen to ensure your event has everything it needs to be perfect.
