Daniels journey to the southmost city begins in his place of birth, Moldova. Growing up in Eastern Europe playing soccer and chess, Daniel had always dreamt about coming to the Unites States: so In 2014, that dream became a realty. Daniels first stop was Orlando Florida working for the Hilton hotels on International drive before making the trip to Key West. It is here in Key West that Daniel began to shine. Through his hard work and continuous education he quickly climbed the ladder at LaTrattoria restaurant. His hard work did not go unnoticed. Within one year, Daniel was promoted to Sous Chef of Catered Affairs and in 2019 he was promoted to Executive Chef. He continues to grow his culinary skills as a chef and most importantly as a person. Having Daniel as part of your event is nothing short of perfection.
